Ar. Shrikant G. Belsare has established his firm in 1978.
Ar. Kaustubh S. Belsare joined the firm in 2005.
Qualification
Ar. S. G. Belsare completed his architecture i.e. G.D. arch in 1969 and F.D. arch in 1972 having registration of council of architecture (R. No. = CA 76/2769)
Ar. K. S. Belsare completed his architecture in 2004 and having registration of Council of architecture (R. No. CA 2005/35708)
Aim of the Firm
This firm undertakes design oriented projects. Basic aim of the firm is to create climate and context responsive buildings and also satisfy client’s needs. Maximum use of natural light, ventilation and locally available building material is our top priority while designing any type of building.
Scope of Work
Discussion with client from preliminary drawing Up to final one, making drawings for sanctioning purpose, making specifications, estimates, tenders, assisting client for finalization of contractor, site supervision, co-ordination with different consultant, assisting client for material selection etc
